Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AssIstant Coach (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Barojas & Nicholas Ventures, the operators of AssIstant Coach.

What AssIstant Coach Is

AssIstant Coach is an AI-powered fantasy football coaching platform. It provides strategic recommendations, analysis, and coaching advice to help you make better fantasy football decisions. AssIstant Coach does not facilitate wagering, gambling, or real-money transactions other than subscription payments for the Service itself.

All recommendations and coaching advice are for informational and entertainment purposes. AssIstant Coach does not guarantee any outcomes, including fantasy sports results, wins, or earnings from participation in any fantasy league. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make in your fantasy leagues.

Subscriptions and Billing

AssIstant Coach offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed annually through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or through our web payment processor.

• Annual billing: Subscriptions are billed once per year and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No monthly option: We do not offer monthly billing at this time.
• Founding member rate: Beta users who subscribe before the paywall fires (approximately August 15, 2026) lock a permanent founding member rate. This rate applies at every renewal for the life of the account.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store. We do not offer refunds outside of app store policies.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or coaching algorithms.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access paid features without payment.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

AI-Generated Content

Coaching recommendations and all content generated by AssIstant Coach are produced by artificial intelligence. This content:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• Is not a guarantee of any outcome.
• Does not constitute professional sports, financial, or legal advice.
• Should be used as one input among many in your decision-making, not as the sole basis for decisions.

We monitor AI-generated content for quality and safety and update our systems regularly.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, coach characters, brand assets, and technology that make up AssIstant Coach are owned by Barojas & Nicholas Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of coaching recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barojas & Nicholas Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
