AssistantCoach Terms of Service

Effective date: July 31, 2026. These Terms govern use of AssistantCoach, a fantasy football coaching app operated by MD Studios LLC.

Use Of The App

AssistantCoach provides fantasy football analysis, coaching-style explanations, draft prep, lineup review, waiver review, and related tools. Users are responsible for their own fantasy football decisions.

• AssistantCoach does not guarantee wins, fantasy results, player performance, winnings, or financial returns.
• AssistantCoach does not provide betting, gambling, or DFS wagering services.
• AssistantCoach does not submit lineup changes or transactions without user action in the relevant fantasy platform.

Accounts

Users may need an account to use AssistantCoach. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for all activity under their account.

Sleeper Connection

AssistantCoach may connect to Sleeper to read league, roster, draft, matchup, and transaction data. AssistantCoach does not post to Sleeper or make roster moves on a user's behalf.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription purchased through Apple in-app purchase and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled by Apple account settings and Apple policies. Deleting an AssistantCoach account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

AI And Recommendations

Coach messages may be AI-generated. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Users should use their own judgment before making fantasy decisions.

User Content

Users may provide onboarding answers, league notes, corrections, and chat messages. Users should not submit unlawful, abusive, confidential, or sensitive personal information.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not abuse APIs or automated systems.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the app for gambling, betting, or illegal activity.

Availability

The app may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, third-party service problems, or NFL/fantasy platform data delays.

Account Deletion

Users may initiate permanent account deletion from Settings. Account deletion removes the AssistantCoach account and associated app data unless retention is required by law.

Disclaimer

AssistantCoach is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Studios LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for fantasy league losses, missed transactions, roster decisions, or subscription platform issues.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Updated versions will include a new effective date.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, creates risk for other users, or if continued access would harm the service.
