AssIstant Coach is a product of Barojas & Nicholas Ventures. We build AI-powered fantasy football coaching tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website at assistantcoachff.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the product:

• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication data (via Google OAuth or magic link).
• Fantasy league data: League settings, roster information, draft history, and related data pulled from connected platforms (Sleeper in V1).
• Preferences and strategy: Risk tolerance, draft strategy, scoring format, and other preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, session frequency, features used.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver personalized AI coaching recommendations specific to your league and roster.
• Generate and store season memory so your coaching intelligence compounds over time.
• Send push notifications relevant to your fantasy season (injury alerts, waiver deadlines, lineup reminders).
• Process subscription payments and manage your account.
• Improve the product through aggregate, anonymized performance data (only with your consent).
• Communicate important product updates and announcements.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AssIstant Coach:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
• Anthropic — AI model provider powering coaching recommendations.
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management.
• Beehiiv — email list management and pre-launch communications.
• Sleeper — fantasy league data via their public API.
• Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics.
• Expo / Apple / Google — push notification delivery.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.

Data Retention

We retain your account and league data for as long as your account is active. Season memory and history are retained to provide the compounding coaching intelligence that is core to the product. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Opt out of analytics data collection (toggled during onboarding).
• Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

AssIstant Coach is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
